Selmer Paris Mark VI Alto Saxophone - 1964

This is a Selmer Paris Mark VI Alto Saxophone manufactured in 1964 with long bow. It is in excellent condition with a fresh full mechanical overhaul.

It has been outfitted with Pisoni Pro pads with domed metal resonators. The action is smooth and fast with phenomenal response.

The lacquer is in fantastic shape, showing only minor surface wear around the common touch points. There is one keyguard resolder and a little wearthrough around the neck brace.

The sound is full and lush, and speaks readily throughout the range. Although the long bow altos have a reputation for having poor intonation in the low end, this alto stays in tune low to high.

Includes original case in fair condition.
