Selmer Paris Mark VI Low A Baritone Saxophone - 1975

This is a Selmer Paris Mark VI low A baritone saxophone manufactured in 1975. It is in excellent condition, and has just had a full setup service in our in-house repair shop (clean, oil, adjust, key fitting, replacement of all key and adjustment materials).

The pads are a mix of older and newer pads, and all are sealing well and have life left in them. The lacquer is gorgeous, showing some surface wear throughout, but otherwise immaculate.

This bari sax is incredibly resonant. It takes very little effort to get an incredibly full, rich sound, and it plays with ease top to bottom. The action feels fantastic, quick, and well-balanced. If you're looking for a Low A Mark VI bari, this one is a wonderful player and beautiful to look at.
