Buffet RC Bb Clarinet - 1976

Made in 1976, a year after the introduction of the RC bore designed by Robert Carrée, the RC Buffet clarinet has a conical bore that provides a round, sweet tone as compared to the R13 which has a poly cylindrical bore, and a more brilliant, bold sound. The 'F' preceeding the serial number indicates that it has European tuning (A=442Hz)

Recently fully overhauled to professional specifications in our own shop, with tan Valentino Masters pads, which are waterproof and have a longer lifespan than skin/bladder pads, and have the advantage of being quieter than cork pads.
