This is a 1955 Buffet Dynaction alto saxophone.
The immediate predecessor to the Buffet Super Dynaction, the Dynaction features a dark, lush sound. This example is in very good condition. The lacquer shows some wear througout, largely on the bell and common contact points. The body is in fantastic shape, and it has just received a Playing Condition service in our repair shop.
The response is excellent, with even and balanced tone across the range.
Includes Protec contoured case and Hermes USA mouthpiece.
